A word before you go all in
I use AI. My blog runs on it, and I've worked it into client projects. It's a real tool and I'm not dismissing it.
What I won't do is sell you into the hype. I watched the same thing happen around Y2K and into the early 2000s, when everyone suddenly needed a website, fast, with no real understanding of what it should do, how to build it, or whether it would hold up. A lot of businesses spent real money on something that was outdated or abandoned within two years. AI automation is starting to feel familiar.
The tooling is moving fast enough that what makes sense today could be obsolete, overpriced, or just gone by next week. So if you want to talk through what AI can actually do for your business, I'm a good person to ask. I'll tell you what makes sense now, what to wait on, and what's just noise.
